So that it wouldn't be a hindrance to the RP and to everyone, I'll be making a list here of those on hiatus. If you want to be placed on the hiatus list, make a journal entry of your hiatus. Your hiatus will end once you say it in another journal entry or if you start role-playing once again.

Also, from now on, whenever I have an Inactivity Check-up, I'll be updating this journal stating that I would be checking your account's activity.

Okay, so ~xXEndless-SnowXx and I were note talking and thanks to Rufus's suggestions, I am now adding a ‘Timezone’ entry. Right now, I`d like you guys to note us your Timezones with the title Timezone (that was pretty obvious). Also, we`re asking if someone can act as our Chat Admin. As of now, I can only see two people commendable of this position but if you think you can handle the Chatroom, be my guest and send in that note. We`re abiding to the first come, first served basis so don`t get pissed off if you didn1t get the Chat Admin rank. In addition to this update, I`ve also separated the Member list from the main journal. It seems that the Member list was taking up space (along with the Remaining Characters list) so I moved it. How do I Join?

P.S. You don’t have to list all RP accounts, more and more people keep joining us and if you list them in your journal you’ll have to update often. I’m doing this job for everyone, updating the account list as frequently as I can, so you can just put a link for the Headquarters.

P.S. Again Please PLEASE wait for your icon! ^^ And about the monologue, I'm going to have to be strict about that. Even though I don't want to since that's the part I'm usually having a hard time filling up. Though I'd be at least kind to the monologues that are near to the characters personality. Heck, I'd even help you if I'm familiar with that character. ^^


ICON GUIDELINES :

Your icon should be an art from the anime, manga, and even fanart is allowed, so as long as the characters are still recognizable. For the OCs, feel free to use your own drawings.

Your icon must have a 1px black border.

On the left/right/up/down corner of the icon, please put the character's name or nickname (font size 7, Arial Narrow, 1px black border).

If you'd like to change your icon, I don't mind. As long as it still has that 1px black border, and the character's name or nickname (font size 7, Arial Narrow, 1px black border).

MONOLOGUE GUIDELINES :
-This is for those who would like to apply for a character. If you’re already part of the RP, pay no attention to this.

Please avoid using the “fanfiction” type monologue as much as possible. Though I’m not saying it is prohibited, I’d approve of your monologue much more if you would minimize the sentences and more of the talking. An example of the “fanfiction” style is this one:

The girl with brown hair sighed. It had been a long time since she saw her brother and she did not want a repeat of what happened to both of them two years ago. She sighed again as they viewed the airplane descending. In a few minutes, she and her brother would be reunited again and she would have to fake a lot of smiles again.

If you need a topic for the monologue, do indicate it in the note in the monologue part. We will be waiting for a week and will reserve that character (if ever we accept the rest your application excluding the monologue part) for you. If you do not submit the monologue within that period of time, the character will be up for application. Feel free to apply for him or her again if that’s the case.

I did say avoid the “fanfiction” style but do remember that I said “as much as possible”. I’m not entirely discouraging it. I just don’t like to see the monologue consisting mostly of the “fanfiction” style. Put more of the character talking about something or to someone. Here’s an example:

The girl with brown hair sighed. It had been a long time since she saw her brother and she did not want a repeat of what happened to both of them two years ago. “I’d rather die than stay here and embarrass myself. I’m merely wasting my and my brother’s time here. He’d be, “OH! HEY! I MISSED YOU!” when my parents are here and be all, “Hahaha! I still haven’t forgotten what you’ve done two years ago, sucker!” when we’re alone. Gah! I wish I could just disappear.” Says the girl as she and he family watches the airplane descending.

Another example would be this one:

*sigh*“I’d rather die than stay here and embarrass myself. I’m merely wasting my and my brother’s time here. He’d be, “OH! HEY! I MISSED YOU!” when my parents are here and be all, “Hahaha! I still haven’t forgotten what you’ve done two years ago, sucker!” when we’re alone. Gah! I wish I could just disappear.” *sulks because of the thought of her brother pointing and laughing at her*

I know I’m not good so don’t comment about the story. Moving on, I’d prefer if you sent something like that. As you can see, it has more words than the action and it shows more of the character’s personality. Plus, it’s actually 4-5 lines, no? This is a role-play and according to my research, most of the characters talk in role-plays so be good boy/girl and do what you are told to do. *pets you*

Once again, reduce the usage of fanfiction and talk some more please.

The only time I’m allowing the usage of the “fanfiction” style without talking in a monologue is when the character you’re applying for is the silent type. Other than that, don’t use it that much.

General RP Rules
1. Please link to the HQ on your journal or signature.
2. Keep the accounts active! Let’s say, how does “at least twice a week” sound? If we do call you on inactivity, and you have been active, please show us proof. But unless you do, we will automatically remove you from the members list.
3. If you're going on a hiatus, please inform people by mentioning it in your journal. Don't forget to tell how long you will be gone.
4. You are now allowed to apply for three characters.
5. SPELLING SPELLING SPELLING. I dun liek ppl typing lyk dis.
6. Please do not make your activity invisible. If you do, we will warn you in a note. If you still haven`t changed your activity after two weeks of being issued the warning, we will automatically remove you from the members list.
7. Be nice to others! We don't like drama in the RP. If something or someone is bothering you, feel free to note the HQ, and we'll try our best to sort things out.
8. Character reservations are allowed for only one week depending on your reason.

RULES: For Canon Caracters

1.You should stay in character to give characters more realistic aura.
2. Only official pairings are allowed! You can mention the others but please don’t let it be too obvious.
3. Keep the accounts active! Let’s say, how does “at least twice a week” sound?
4. If you’re going on a hiatus, please inform people by mentioning it in your journal. Don’t forget to tell how long you will be gone.
5. Be creative! Your character may be dead, but you have the game and you can make up their personalities.
6. Please be nice to others, don’t use slang.
7. You don’t have to speak only with the characters in your arc. Try to be creative and talk with the others (and stay in character while doing it)!
8. You are now allowed to apply for three characters.
9. Please do not make your activity invisible.
10. Type in your words correctly. I dnt lyke wrds dat r typed lke dis, okay? In short, use correct grammar and spelling!

RULES: For the OC's
1. You can’t go and act like the canon characters already knew your character. Nor they could be related to the canon characters. You should introduce your character to them first.
2. Never ever forget to submit an introduction journal just like the rest of the team. OC introductions are really important, because we don’t know anything about them. Please don’t let your OCs be too cliché. Use your imagination! Determine which characters do you want to role-play with and choose your character’s personality according to them.
5. You don’t need to send applications for your OCs. But I’ll only accept quality OCs to this group.
6. You can only have two OCs until we moderators say you can have more than two. You can still RP two more canon characters.
7. You can't pair up your OCs with the canon chatacters. Only mentioning is allowed.
8. Please, please please no Mary-sues or Gary-sues. Let's not make our characters beautiful smart everyone-loves-them characters. Let's make them ultimately flawed in something. Plleeaaase.
